On the evening of Wednesday 10 October, 2012 Ertegun House was officially opened and the ceremony was attended by Mica Ertegun, The Rt Hon Lord Patten of Barnes, CH (Chancellor), Professor Andrew Hamilton (Vice-Chancellor), Professor Shearer West (Head of Division) and joined in a recorded video message by Led Zeppelin.
